Quick Bilocation Protocol

Quick Bilocation to Music




1. Choose a song.

2. Breathe deeply. Tense and relax the physical body.

3. State out-loud, or internally, your intent to bilocate. Ask for protection and guidance.

4. Daydream a scene you want to project to, ride the breath and find a way to project deeper.

5. Breathe deeper, relax into the scene.

6. If interference appears, use discernment, purify your intention until it disappears.
